Overview

Broadly, it is our goal to collect only that data which is necessary to effectively market our products and services, to only share that data with our service providers who help us to that end, and to never sell or share your data with third parties for their marketing purposes.

The Arbitrary Group, LLC ("Laramie Technology Group”, ”LTG”," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information from visitors to our website located at LaramieTechnology.com (the "Site").

Scope note: This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through the Site from visitors and prospective clients. It does not apply to data LTG accesses or manages on behalf of clients in the course of delivering IT, VoIP, or compliance services. That data is governed separately by the applicable signed Service Agreement and, where required, a Business Associate Agreement (BAA).

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information when you visit or interact with the Site:

Information you provide directly — such as your name, email address, phone number, company name, and any details you submit through contact forms, quote requests, or scheduling tools

Automatically collected information — basic website analytics data, such as pages visited, time on site, referring source, browser type, and device type

We currently use basic analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to understand general Site usage. We do not use advertising pixels or cross-site tracking tools on the Site at this time.
